  • Eligibility: SC/ST/OBCs, BPL cardholders, landless families.
  • Loan Limit: ₹10 lakh to ₹25 lakh
  • Subsidy: 30% to 50% of the cost (varies by state and caste category).
  • Repayment: EMI-based over 10–20 years.

4. PMAY-G (for House + Land)

  • For rural areas, if a landless family applies for PMAY-Gramin, some states allot land along with housing.
  • Subsidy: Up to ₹1.3 lakh for house + land component under convergence programs.
  • Eligibility: Must be on the SECC 2011 list or declared homeless.

Eligibility Criteria (General)
