Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
✅ The Aadhar Card must show an address falling under BBMP jurisdiction.
✅ Should belong to an economically weaker section.
✅ Must not have availed benefits under the same scheme previously.
